Welcome to the
Community Athletic Development Program of Minnesota

The Community Olympic Development Program (CODP) for women's ice hockey is an official program of the United States Olympic Committee. It is supported by USA Hockey and community sponsorships in an effort to identify athletes with elite potential.

CODP exists to advance and develop athletes. The goal is to improve the quality of training and competition among high school players in order to increase the number of Minnesota athletes who are candidates for National teams and college scholarships. USA Hockey has included CODP in their "High Performance Plan" and is a feeder program for future National and Olympic Teams.
