Program Characteristics Is one of only a few Community Olympic Development Programs that focuses on young women, allowing the best athletes to compete against the best. Providing Olympic-level coaches and training techniques. Preparing athletes for national and international competition. Develops and educates athletes and coaches statewide. Brings an Olympic presence to Minnesota. Increases growth and development of a non traditional sport of women’s ice hockey locally and nationally. Offers athletes a chance to train in Olympic sports and strives to maximize athletic potential. Compliments NGB development programs and supporting community-based organizations.
