The Community Athletic Development Program ("CADP") is a USA Hockey sanctioned program which exists to advance and develop athletes. CADP is supported in part by its participating families, and by community sponsorships in its mission to indentify athletes with elite potential, improve the quality of training and competition among high school players, and to increase the number of Minnesota athletes who are candidates for USA Hockey National Teams and NCAA College Scholarships.
